The German Consulate in Edinburgh were holding a drinks reception in The Edinburgh City Chambers, to commemorate German Unity Day. In the impressive surroundings of The City Chambers over 100 people gathered to meet over drinks and listen to speeches from The Consul General, Christiane Hullmann and others. Attendees included The Lord Provost of Edinburgh. A band played in the background.
My brief was to capture the mood of the evening with photographs of the speakers and VIP's at the reception.
